After arriving from England we was disappointed to be given a disabled room when we paid for a superior room. We spoke to the guys on reception who states they were all booked out of superior rooms. They swapped us for the night then upgraded us for the duration of our stay. They went out of their way to make our stay as fantastic as possible. We will be back with the family and booking the suits next time too. Thanks all we loved it !!
Despite their busy day, all of The employees were very friendly and treated both Lynn and I with the utmost respect and care. The concierge suggested an awesome Thai restaurant. we loved our stay at the Empire.
Had a wonderful stay at The Empire this past weekend celebrating our daughter's sweet 16. The staff could not have been more accommodating and made our stay a pleasure. We look forward to seeing you all again and thank you for making her birthday weekend perfect. XOXO

This was my third visit to the Empire hotel my first was when it had just opened within a matter of weeks my second three years later and my third three days ago. What an unfortunate change. Other than Eds Chowder house the restaurant the hotel staff seem to be permanently unhappy unhelpful and quite frankly unappealing. The doormen were more cheerful although they were on the outside of the building! From chambermaid to receptionist to Desk clerk they all look like they had slapped arses. We were on our honey moon we had a great time and met great people! Empire rocks!!!
Love the Empire Hotel, got an amazing suite on the 10th floor over looking the Lincoln Centre and Broadway St! Oh and not to mention the cocktails! Oh and please stop by here for a brush of a Gossip Girl moment!
