We have experienced fantastic service since we checked in! Exceptional service from Ricky aswell! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I was concerned when I saw bad reviews but not for us 5/5 for sure!
Juste nul, une chambre ressemblant plus à un placard 5m2 qu'à autre chose, une piscine jaune pisse faisant environ la taille du quart d'un couloir de nage, des douches qui fuient et une vue ... ah non excusez moi à part la vision sur les fenêtres des immeubles d'en face vous n'aurez aucune autre vision que peut être celle de vos voisins nus le matin.
Lots of disparity in these reviews. Let's start out with the good stuff. Beautiful lobby cool and kept very clean. Fun city vibe. Front desk staff wonderful. Room spacious enough. It's NYC people. Shower nice view and location fabulous. Here are the issues I had. AC stopped working and engineer was on a break. He was apparently the one qualified to figure out that I tripped the circuit breaker when I lowered the air. (Not sure how I did that) so two hours after I called it was fixed.
