Just stayed at The Empire Hotel in NYC. I had reservations for two rooms for five nights.The staff was very friendly and helpful.I had emailed in advance asking for two adjoining rooms with a view if possible.They were able to fulfill my request. They also upon request gave each room an empty fridge.(The ones provided in room come stocked and they will remove items for $50 charge) They cannot guarantee but you can request in advance of stay.They were also kind enough to let us check in two hours early which we greatly apprec... read more
I would have give it 5 stars but when you have to pay for the wifi connection on the rom that's a drawback
Recently just finished a trip to NYC. We had the most amazing service at Empire Hotel. Our room and view was perfect and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Great location!
My wife and I thought the roof top bar was fantastic. We were able to thoroughly indulge our Blair Waldorf/Chuck Bass fantasy and will be sure to tell all our friends.
Three days, two mornings with no hot water. Unhappy wife, unhappy life. Hotel reaction, sorry for the inconvenience. Not likely to return.
