Our stay in NY could not have been better. The hotel was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and helpful, we know from Germany different. Thanks for that :)

We had an excellent stay at the Empire Hotel. Beautiful accommodations from the lobby and mezzanine to the room we stayed in. Very friendly service from the front-desk to the concierge to the doormen. Our only complaint was the continental breakfast we ordered. It was supposed to come with pastries (plural) but we received a call saying they were out of pastries but could send "bagels and toast" which we agreed with. When we got our food it was only 1 bagel and no toast. So 2 people had to split one bagel. We could have call... read more
