I love this place! It's awesome, the clean is perfect, the persons are lovely. It's magical and elegant!
Had a very disappointing stay. Over a 5 week tour of the USA staying in 8 hotels, Empire was the only place to charge for WiFi and $10 per day per device was extortion. We had and extremely noisy room which was drafty as the windows were not sealed properly. On 4 of the 5 nights of our stay we struggled to even get warm water for our showers. We requested a new room, as I had just had cold shower, to be told they were booked solid and could not accommodate this. I asked if we could at least have wifi for the last 2 days. The... read more

Second time staying here, beautiful Lobby, great rooftop bar. 1st time I stayed we were upgraded to a huge suite at check in with a full living room and 2 baths king size bed just because (so that was amazing). 2nd time we had a standard room but complaints!
