Amazing hotel close to Central Park, welcoming and friendly staff.
Not at all impressed. Nothing complementary, no fridge for convenience, had to ask for ice, the shower was difficult to operate. The bathroom door/molding was falling apart. The furnace was noisy, not enough lighting, waste cans or space.
Rude maintenance workers, poor parking, inconsistent customer service & failure to deliver any items offered during reservation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The BBB & JD Powers needs to know about this poor conditioned establishment.
Roaches in the bathroom, yuk yuk yuk.
Staff cannot do enough for you. Very knowledgable about local area. Clean rooms brilliant location. Would recommend A++++++
This hasn't been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but it's definitely not the best either. The front desk employees were short and unhelpful. Something of mine was "misplaced" after our room had been cleaned, and when I spoke to the front desk about it, they didn't even apologize. They told me they'd "talk to housekeeping" and will maybe have something to tell me in the morning." The hotel itself was fine.
