We had an amazing time staying at your hotel! All the staff were lovely, but I would like to say a very special thank you to Chris, the concierge. He went above & beyond for us throughout our stay & even joined me for a drink on my last night. Cheers Chris, you're a STAR! :) xxx

This is my first visit to America n I must say that I expected a lot more from this hotel for the price!! The staff are not to helpful (except Ken the barman) the big doorman who I've only seen for theadt 2 days has been one of the rudest people I've met yet n for what? He just stares at u in a u comfortable way n when u address it he is rude!! But it's ok he can continue to b rude as I don't have to see him once I'm gone but, surely he should not b rude to guest female ones at that .... A the other doorman say hi open doors... read more
I was denied the entrance to the rooftop bar last year because I was wearing flats!! I have a spine problem and I can't wear heels
