Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly (special shout out to Alvin who works on the bar - very nice and chatty and informative about Llandudo). Location is superb, close to everything but still quiet in the rooms we were in from the street noise!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a weekend gathering at this lovely venue, and I can't say enough about the fantastic service we received. The staff showed great attention to detail, ensuring everything was just right for our group. I particularly appreciated how well they catered to my son's allergies—it's such a relief to find a place that takes those concerns seriously. Beautifully furnished rooms and bedroom. Nice breakfast. Evening meal expensive. Mainly older people, not a place for young children. Older people will not be able to access the pool in the basement due to steep spiral staircase. Very noisy nightclub and Irish bar on mostyn street sometimes till 3.30 In the morning. Regretfully won't be returning
