I had a really poor customer experience today from this store Empire fine jewellers in Wilmslow. I am a local resident and living in the area. I was in need of a battery replacement for my watch. The signage outside the store clearly indicates watch repairs as well as watch battery replacement. I thought I would have a browse around the store and get my battery replaced. Had our wedding and engagement rings cleaned and polished in just a few hours. They look completely brand new and unbelievably shiny and sparkly! The best service in the area by far.
I cannot thank these guys enough! They have created the most perfect engagement and wedding ring set for me for my 10 year anniversary. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the coffee is great and is ALWAYS served with a tray of chocolates! A warm, welcoming, friending service every time, and they even polished my Rolex for FREE!
