I had my hair coloured at Emma Victoria yesterday by Emma and Gemma Rose. I find the salon very welcoming and friendly and the girls are always happy to help each other out. They are a lovely bunch and its such a great atmosphere in there. I have been coming to Gemma Rose for a few years now and have never been disappointed, she spends a lot of time on my excessive amount of hair taking time to make sure I am happy with the end result thank you

I will not be returning to this salon. Asked for and showed a pic of the hairstyle and length I wanted and came out with hardly any hair. I know I should have expressed my concern at the time but very difficult to tell the stylist you hate what she has done. Two weeks later and still hardly any hair. It will take at least 2 months for me to look like I have hair again. I'm still in shock.

I have been going to Emma Victoria for nearly 3 years now and have loved my hair each time I’ve had it done. I have had a few different colour techniques and have never been disappointed with the end result. The ladies are so lovely in the shop, making you feel relaxed and at home. The services they provide are nothing but professional. I would highly recommend!!

Been to your hair dressers a few times.for foils ,cut and blow dry . my last appointment I had to cancel for a toner and cut.was ask by Kayleigh if she could do my hair.which I was happy with as I’ve found she is the only one that is friendly. I’ve found also I was criticised for using a packet hair colour. we have all done it . and at the end of the day if it goes wrong.its my mistake.
