Oh. My. Lord. I’m someone who has incredible low self esteem and trust issues (lol don’t we all?) but I was nervous about someone touching my hair as it’s almost like my safety blanket. I saw Emily’s posts and wanted to go and see her and right from consultation to actually doing my hair, she has been incredible. Emily did an amazing job in lightening my hair today, she really listened to what I was wanting including the cut. Her customer service is fantastic and she made me feel very comfortable throughout. I cannot wait for our next appointment.
