Absolutely fantastic services! Tommy and the team are extremely polite and very helpful. Communication was excellent and was kept updated on everything, there is no other company/person I’d use. Tommy is the man for the job, Connor the floor fitter was excellent too, Very polite and offered to help move things back in once the floors were fitted, so hats of too him as well. Will definitely be using Emeralds again next year to helps us complete the rest of our house. Thank you guys 🙌🏽👏🏽
No after sales service when things go wrong! Laminate flooring lifted in 2 large areas( each about 2 metres square) because the screeding crumbled, would not answer phone or return calls. within a year.! Pjonw They refused to sort it.
Was in a rush for carpet and they helped me out massively in such a short amount of time, didn't have to wait weeks like usual companies. Very professional and more importantly very friendly.
I would 100% recommend Emerald Carpets. They have a huge selection to choose from. Our last carpet was from Carpet Right and our experience with them was horrible from beginning to end. This time it couldn’t have been more different. There was no long wait and no extra costs. The carpet arrived quickly and the fitters were brilliant.
