One of their drivers crashed into our wall causing permanent damage. Did not admit fault, and drove off. We have them on CCTV, so I contacted Embec, who admitted fault after watching the video. Over a number of months, I've been talking with them trying to get Emdec to fix the damage they caused. Now they're ignoring calls and emails. Wall is not fixed. Attempting to get any kind of response from Emdec regarding damage to our property, emails now bouncing back, no response from Joel Banham.
Cut through my Virgin Fibre Cable 26th Sep. Didn't tell me or leave a note. Contacted them and Darren said he would contact Virgin to arange repair. Chased them again after a week still have not broadband and I need the internet for my work with people with mental health problems. Now I can't get through to them as the mobile number is no longer in use. They have now filled in he hole. I have tried to speak to someone at Virgin and that's a problem too. Two weeks and still no internet!!!!!
