Company have recently changed there company name to Sutton Motor Services, wonder why! Bought a car from these guys, great guys, even delivered it to Wales for us in the deal, absolutely fab until something went wrong with the car only a week later! Typical tradesmen didnt want to know, no aftercare, guarantee not worth the paper its written on, shocking service - beware!
SC4M ! had a nightmare of an experience with them and I still am, they sold me a car ( on the 30/11/24) that god knows how it passed the mot with a worn tyre and a rear brake light out but anyway, a check engine light came on few hours after the purchase at which point I had driven back home already 1h 30 m .. avoided refunding us after we placed a deposit down which they explicitly said was refundable (both verbally and on paper). this was after we saw a car which they weren’t honest about the condition of, which we realized when looking at the MOT history. both my partner and I have contacted them about this refund, they promise it will be there in a few days however it is now 20 days since and no refund is in sight. we have resorted to disputing through the bank instead. edit - today we contacted them to ask for a refund a fina... read more
Lovely and friendly people, got my Nissan qasqhai+2 from them about a month ago and have held off writing this review only because the red engine light popped up and off a few times but they've been brilliant in helping sort the issue, I took it to a garage locally to get checked out for the light and they said there's nothing wrong with the car and it looks in superb condition, turns out it's literally just a little pipe at the back of the engine causing the problem for the engine light and it just needs cleaning or replaci... read more
