A nice space, unfortunately the app is poor and there is no support or response from the operators. The first time I left on time and was charged £5 due to not signing out on the app. The next time, I did sign out on the app, but was charged £5 again. A third time I left my keys and had to go back in, but got no response from the owners. If you are going to use it, don’t plan on any responses, and be aware you may be charged an extra £5 depending if the app works or not.

Pretty poor experience - would not reccomend unless you have a really strong reason for needing a private workout space. Here's what to expect: OPENING TIMES: You would think that a key advantage of this sort of place would be 24 hour access, but no. It closes at 11pm according to google, but the last availble slot is 9.45-10.45. THE APP: Pretty clunky, but it works. Great gym! Perfect for PTs and clients or independent gym goers alike. High quality kit and you have the gym to yourself. Great availability too. Very impressed with the quality of the whole place. The showers are lovely, they provide towels and products, and everything is always spotless. Always smells amazing inside. Great customer service too!!! The management team is amazing! It's like they clean after every client. Impeccable cleanliness
