Long waits
This place needs to hire professional nurses and Dr's . They do not wash hands in between patients very rude nurses in icu. Never again will I go here or take a family member here. My dad never made it out he picked up a secondary infection from lack of hand washing and putting appropriate clothing in isolation rooms.
If I could give this hospital 0 stars, I would. My child was misdiagnosed on 3 er visits in 2 days. Tests were done incorrectly and we were never notified of the results. After me calling them multiple times, I was told I had to go in and pick them up, only to find the test were done wrong. My child suffered for over a year for an illness that could have been cured within days if his case had been handled correctly. Do not take your children to this e.r.!
Spent a week here last year. It was like a luxury hotel with kind, competent caregivers and beautiful and comfortable private rooms.
I had a quadruple bypass and it was 11 wonderful days there
This is quite possibly the most negative experience I have ever had at a hospital. Waiting for over an hour and a half in the EMERGENCY ROOM and still haven't even been seen.
