Customer service and professionalism at reception areas is not a specialty. I find it amazing when you sign your life away over privacy and the people administering these very same documents about HIPPA do not act in accordance with their design.
Lombard Health Center missed my sons raging ear infection. The doctor couldn't be bothered with coming all the way into into the exam room when the PA asked his advice. Suggested he may have slept on it funny and told us to come back tomorrow if it was still bothering him. Later that morning when he started crying saying his ear hurt worse I tried our Doc. Thankfully I was able to get in with our pediatrician who couldn't believe it was missed and treated him.
Best treatment ever had hands down
Two years ago I was diagnosed with type two diabetes and spent four days at this hospital, two of these days in the ER. If it wasn't for the staff of this hospital I wouldn't be here today. Thanks to their staff I am doing much better. I'm off insulin injections and all other meds for a year and a half and testing blood once a day. The staff were professional and took time to answer questions.

My grandson and family had an excellent experience at the same-day surgery center. The nurses and staff were efficient and very concerned that the surgery go well.
Dr Dave Cespedes is an excellent Physician who talks to Patients,takes time to addresses their concerns. He cares about his patients well being . at 62 I am in the best physical shape of my life thanks to Dr. Dave.
The pediatric unit nurses are amazing!! They have taken care of our two daughters and I can't say enough good things about how wonderful they are. They were so patient an loving with our girls and also made sure Mom and Dad were taken care of!! Thanks you from the bottom of our hearts!
