Two 8th floor nurses need to be educated in kindness, caring and courteousness. Their patients are who pay their salary . Nice to be able not two have her anymore. Then I got a wonderful girl named Jennifer. So ladies if you are not comfortable helping older people to the bathroom and realize that sleep medication sometimes causes a patient not to be as coherent as they may be otherwise . And can only be rude then go look for another job,
If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT bring your loved ones here. I just came back from the admin office where they are stonewalling. They let a 103.1 drag on until I made a scene. They will not make an appointment with any of the administrators. They keep trying to give me some patient advocate. When I inquired about the advocates level of medical training, the answer was some clinical training. I have emailed them on the website while sitting in the hospital no response.
For me, every stage of my emergency hospitalization from my ER visit at the Plainfield campus to the ambulatory transfer to the main hospital,in Naperville went well. The nurses and the lab staff were helpful and professional. And my PCP, and my specialist MD are what I expect from Edward Hospital and Edward Medical Group. Outstanding. :
I could not ask for better I salute them with all 5 stars love my Doctor, nurses, the whole staff are just full of knowledge and compassion I just love these guys !!!!

Worst hospital ever. Almost lost my son when I was when I went there 7 times for pregnancy complications and was sent home each time. Finally went to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and got a new doctor. Had my son prematurely which all could have been prevented if something was done at Edwards. Never would recommend this hospital.
