I had an amazing experience staying at Elm Apartment. The apartments are beautifully decorated with modern and elegant touches that made the space feel stylish. Booked the room via their website, but there are no confirmation and information provided to us, phone line never work, emailed them to ask have no response,I had no idea if my booking are actually real, I'm going to cancel my booking and never return
Me and my family came for a holiday and decided to stay here. Should have just spent the extra £50 for a hotel. Anyway, the room smelled of cigarettes, there were trash bags outside,and the key barely worked. At 3 o'clock in the morning, the FIRE ALARM went off 3 times in a row. My family was scared. The property owner just said "Sorry".We could barely sleep. The paint is rotting. The only good thing is the shower and TV. The closet has some liquid in it. Do not stay here. Book the Premier Inn at MediaCityUK.
