House is lovely but there is a battle with getting the roads and paths complete. I had a drop curb but they removed it and now I have no access to my driveway. They do not respond to me when I have asked for something to be done so I can actually use my driveway. They just lie all the time. I havent had access since May
We absolutely love our new home, there were some minor snags (but we did expect this and no new build comes without!) but these have been getting resolved efficiently and quickly so far. The estate is friendly and quiet, the houses are generous sizes and our personal experience has been overall positive. Luke Jones, our sales advisor, has been brilliant and going above and beyond for us, even after completion. It's a great estate, in a great location. Absolutely awful experience, aftercare are useless and take months to get anything resolved despite it being their sole job. Sales only care about commission, once they have that theyll stop replying to calls and emails and push you you to the back of their priorities. The site manager is absolutely clueless, doesn't even know what his staff are doing or what needs doing. Constantly gives new dates of completion every day as they are incapable of hitting any form of deadline that they set themselves. 70 pages of snags that s... read more
