We went to Elle spa for haircuts for me and my daughters and were served by Bhavna. She gave all 3 of us lovely haircuts. My daughter’s hair was previously cut by another new hair stylist at the same salon and it was absolutely horrible!

Bhavna was so wonderful and lovely. We had such a lovely conversation as she did my hair and the results turned out amazing. She is so talented. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had an incredibly disappointing and painful experience at Elle Spa during a recent facial waxing with Saima. She used the wrong type of wax for such a delicate area which resulted in severe bruising on left side of the face. By that evening, the bruised areas had turned into a painful, bright red patch. When I called Saima the next morning to explain the situation and my discomfort, her response was dismissive.
