The one man... (Verified Renter) The one man who is in charge of maintenance is the only good thing about Elle of Buckhead! He goes above & beyond and is always so fast & professional! I would not recommend this complex as over the last two years it has been less about making the residences lives safer & easier & more about protecting/making the office staff?s lives easier. AND the fire alarms going off constantly is enough in and of itself to make me move. But maintenance is a bright spot in this one great complex!

If you value your safety, DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY and well-being, especially if you are a female, DO NOT MOVE HERE! The gates in the parking garage move slow enough for several cars to follow in behind one person. There are no cameras anywhere but the lobby, and the parking garage and hallways almost always wreak of weed. When I and several other residents complained to BRETT about these issues, he replied that the “same can be said for several apartments in Atlanta.” Who hired this guy?!
