Verified Renter My partner and I have lived here for the past 5 months and our experience has been positive so far. The location is great and right in the middle of Buckhead. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping places within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and the property is well guarded with security and key cards needed for every entrance. Great place to live so far!

Verified Renter What I love most about my apartment is the balcony and its location. What I dislike the most is the old carpet in my bedroom that I was told won’t be replaced until I move out, the refurbished dishwasher I was given when the original one broke, and the washer and dryer that’s so loud I hate turning it on.

Verified Renter Pros: Good location. Cons: packaging delivery situation is unacceptable, impossible to find packages. Building very dirty with pets’ poops and pees around.
