Verified Renter I love the location! Accessible to shopping, dining and nightlife. I enjoy my neighbors. The staff is very friendly. I hate that there haven't been any beverages anymore in the community refrigerator for 2 years or dog treats at the dog station in months. I miss all of the community activities that were hosted previously. The flooring update grade was a total miss. I hear every single sound my neighbor above me makes. The previous flooring was absolutely sound proof.

Incredible value, GREAT staff We chose The Elle as our first apartment in Atlanta right out of college and we have literally no complaints. Kyle at the front desk is so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The maintenance staff is also incredibly timely and nice - they always said hi to us in the hallway and wanted to help. The only reason we decided to move away is because we were unaware of the crime in Buckhead, so just be cautious of that. Don't Be Fooled!! DON'T MOVE HERE unless your trifling too!! I am a current resident and this property is "THE WORST" property that I have lived at in Buckhead. If I could go back to the day I moved in I would have NOT moved in but bc the manager Brittany threw a curve ball and didn't have my unit ready and my current unit elsewhere was already leased I didn't have time to find another apartment elsewhere.
