I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the Elle community and amenities. Despite our slow response to maintenance requests, I would still recommend the community.
Garbage survice is... (Verified Renter) Garbage survice is poor. Hours for pick up are inconvenient. Walls are really thin. I can hear everyone around me.
Overpriced I'm a pros and cons type person so below are my lists for Elle! Pros - spacious living area -gorgeous kitchens and hardwood floors -Great amenities -good location- right across the street from the new Shops of Buckhead which has some fun restaurants and shops Cons -The rent is overpriced, even for this area! You can find the same level quality down the street for a few hundred less each month. - management sends nasty emails every few weeks telling people to stop playing music by the pool/other various complaints.... read more
Elle of Buckhead Elle is conveniently located in Buckhead. Walking distance to "Buckhead Atlanta," which includes high end shops and restaurants and to Buckhead Village with all the bars. The interior and external amenities are brand new. The downside- high crime. In the past year more than 4 apartments have been robbed. The property management is working on improvements, but still a concern. Overall I would recommend Elle of Buckhead, but there is room for improvement with their security.
Great conplex i moved in recently but can tell you that this complex lives up to everything they tell you on the tour. The facilities are first class and the staff are friendly and helpful. The other residents seen great. My only complaint is poor cell reception in my unit, but I'm on the first floor, inside and right next to the concrete garage.
