We came home and saw the unit we wanted online and signed the following day with another agent. The second trip was really unnecessary

The downside is that the customer service level of the management is not great. At my previous apartment, the management was very prompt with returning phone calls, answering to needs with an urgency, polite and respectful. They went above and beyond my expectations.
