Overall we are very happy with the service provided by Ella Care for our elderly parents, who both have complex needs. The management team is quick to respond and very helpful when it comes to liaising with medical services, and the main carer is very good and has a good relationship with my parents. Gresa and her team are very committed and often work out-of-hours, which is much appreciated.
We’ve been using Ella’s Home Care for the past six months to help with my father’s daily needs, and the experience has been wonderful. The caregivers are punctual, respectful, and truly compassionate. They keep him engaged and safe, and the communication with the agency is always clear and responsive. It’s been a huge relief for our family.
Highly recommend Ella's homecare. Stepped in at short notice for a period of 8 months during which we needed extra help over the nights. Ella's homecare was totally reliable and responsive to needs. There was good communication and I felt my brother was in very good hands. If we need more help in the future we will not hesitate to go back to Ella's homecare.
Gresa has been overseeing the care of both my parents for many months now. My father is ninety two and my mother ninety this year. Both have complex needs and she has been a steady and knowledgeable hand, providing solutions and advice without being at all heavy handed. My parents have become very close to two carers in particular and look forward to their visits, I believe their connection with these two will help with the transition to more permanent care and give them confidence to enjoy their later years.
I contacted Ella’s homecare when I needed help to care for my husband who had terminal cancer. I had called lots of agencies. They all started by telling me what they could not do and how much they charged. Gresa started by telling how they would support me and my husband.
