We purchased the **** Elite walk in tub. We actually went to ******* to see the tub. ***** was informative and took time with us as we are particular. The tub is finally in but still working on putting up walls, floor, etc. for the new bathroom. Will add photos when completed. The tub works as expected. You can adjust the jets, and air. The tub empties in seconds which is great. Very relaxing. My only negative would be not being able to close off the jets on middle of seat, but that is personal preference. My father had just passed away and I was in the process of moving my mother into my house. I needed a walk-in tub asap. I purchased another leading brand walk-in tub with a crazy delivery time of one month, and then it arrived three weeks late on top of the month delivery time. ELLA DELUXE MODEL The tub is superb. Beyond my expectations. No more worries of falling against the shower glass doors. All the water and air pumps speed selections give choices ofstrong massage, skin cleaning, quiet relaxation or invigorating feet muscle pulsing. From selecting to installing, and now using our new walk in tub, everything went well & we love our tub.
Purchased a Lay Back walk in Tub... super product. **************** was great to deal with.. product was shipped on time and arrived well packed and protected. Installation was easy and went without a hitch. Installing the tub did not take very long.. spent more time preparing the area where the old tub was. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a walk in tub.
Purchased a TransferXXXL for my mother and so far it's a success! The craftsmanship and service are top tier. Very professional and glad I went with them. The installation has to be done by your local company. It wasn't the smoothest install, even with a company who has done it multiple times (partially because of my 80 year old home) but they eventually got it in there.
