The company was good to work with. Just as I was about to place my order, I was told that the sales rep I had been working with had left the company and that his manager was taking over. He was helpful but sometimes hard to contact which **** the process out a bit. He did answer all of my questions and the order was completed to my satisfaction. The tub arrived quickly and everything was included and works as it should. So far, so good.
Love the tub, especially the power of the jets and the heated seat. **** at Ellas Bubbles was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, highly recommend.
My tub is new and no need yet to test drive the warranty. Thats when you find out how good a company is. The Rep who I first contacted no longer works there and the Rep who sold me the tub no longer works there and theyve already told me they cant back up anything my sales Rep promised me so I have a little bitter taste, but I look forward to enjoying my new tub and hope everything goes well.
Ellas Bubbles was a great company to work with. They were attentive to our needs, explained the attributes of the product and made the entire buying experience easy. This is a great tub for people with movement disorders and Parkensons!

I Purchased my Ella walk in tub in 2012 at that time. I had researched all of the walk in tubs and Ella had everything beat ,as far as price ,quality ,functionality. I was very excited to get this product. After 12 years of use the only problem I have had is to replace 2rubber gaskets that the company sent me immediately. I would highly recommend the Ella walk-in tubs quality and their wonderful customer service!!
