From selecting to installing, and now using our new walk in tub, everything went well & we love our tub.
Purchased a Lay Back walk in Tub... super product. **************** was great to deal with.. product was shipped on time and arrived well packed and protected. Installation was easy and went without a hitch. Installing the tub did not take very long.. spent more time preparing the area where the old tub was. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a walk in tub.
Purchased a TransferXXXL for my mother and so far it's a success! The craftsmanship and service are top tier. Very professional and glad I went with them. The installation has to be done by your local company. It wasn't the smoothest install, even with a company who has done it multiple times (partially because of my 80 year old home) but they eventually got it in there. Ordered the tub and installed it myself. I had many questions and the sales rep would quickly provide a response or a video link to installation questions. Shipping was quick and the tub arrived without issues.My wife loves the tub and is very happy with it. We have had to use the shower head while we remodel our master bath and the main shower is out of commission. It has been very helpful to have this feature. Bought a walk-in tub fully loaded and dealing with these guys was fantastic, they explained everything and helped me order a perfect walk-in tub and arranged the shipping to my house and the entire deal was above board and they are a great company with the best walk-in tubs on the market. I am very happy with my tub. My delivery was adjusted several times to accommodate my contractor and all questions are answered in a timely manner.
I bought a tub from a previous model year. I was told during the sales process that the tub was functional and free of cosmetic defects. I bought the tub and received it and it took awhile to find an installer. My class A builder here in VA installed the tub as per the instructions provided and we were unable to get a proper seal between the 2 brass drains and the manufacturer provided elbows. My wife spoke to the supposed owner of the business concerning an estimate for a walk-in bathtub. She spoke to him for an half hour and was really impressed with the quality of the tub, the price of the tub, and the positive attitude of the owner. The owner said he was going to contact an expert in our ************* to install the tub. My wife called several times to get an update on the search for an installer.
