I purchased and installed my tub in February 2023. I really enjoy the foot massage option and the heated seat. My only problem was the vacuum hoses on three of the options came off the push buttons. I think it was a design flaw. Thank goodness my installer could reach behind the tub and reattached them. If they come off again, I was advised to put a little glue on them.
