This is a great bathtub and jacuzzi spa in one. Different from traditional bathtubs
Great tub , installation was easy, clear instructions only issue is the bottom door locking mechanism allows for water to drip under the tub but we found a quick fix.
Great company to deal with and the company executes flawlessly from the opening sales service call to the shipping and delivery across the border to ******. We send a big thanks to all that were part of our process and I highly recommend this company for their product, service and execution. Well done.

We had some trepidation spending this much w/o seeing the tub in person. Based on the reviews and talking with Ella's personnel we did so. The packing, delivery and set up of the tub were great. We are happy on this end!

Great sales experience (highly recommend ****** ********) and a wonderful Ultimate Acrylic 30x60 Walk-in-Tub with heated seat. Just be sure to download the Instruction manuals from their website before using so you know what the buttons do (not labeled or marked as to each ones purpose)ours either did not come with it or our private contractor/installer did not save it for us. Great experience overall. Thank you.
