Installed a tub with L shaped door for my son who is in a wheelchair. He loves it!
Total experience with ****** Bubbles was excellent. We purchased a walk in tub and found our own installer. When a question came up during installation, the contractor was able to contact ***** at ****** Bubbles and get an answer right away. The contractor commented that ****** Bubbles walk in tub was the best one out of the various brands he's installed. Since I wasn't able to see a tub in person, I was able to face time with ***** and see the tubs and get all of my questions answered prior to purchase. The other company th... read more
5 Star ************** did a great job installing our walk-in tub (by ****** Bubbles). All the staff were helpful, from the office, to the ****************** manager, and the installers.
My experience with ****** Bubbles was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and being able to speak to the assembly department and actually see the tub built and tested was great. Will definitely by from them again for my next project.
**** tubs are a great tub. No need to purchase a walk-in-tub and pay 10k plus. We had spoke to other walk-in-tub suppliers who wanted $25,000 plus for the tub plus install. When I was told that I went looking for a cheaper route. I found **** tubs. They were great to work with and pricing is so much cheaper. The team at Ellas Bubbles were extremely helpful. Had a technical issue and they were prompt in responding. My wife loves the bubbles and said its very relaxing and will help her lower back issues. Its the 30x60 lay down tub. My wife is no longer worried getting in and out of the tub. And it drains very fast.
We had professionally installed (I recommend), electrical and plumbing straightforward. The purchase process was detailed-so that we understood and agreed to all aspects of the tub and it functions and options. Probably most impressed with the after purchase tech support (******?). I called several times with questions and they were always answered completely and ensured that I understood. Thank you
