I researched all the walk in tubs on the market and decided on the Capri model made by Ellas Tubs. By far the best quality and features with a very affordable price. I love that I can use the foot massage without filling the tub past my knees and when it is full for a complete bath it only takes less than 90 seconds to completely drain. I just had it installed and have only used it once but it was a bit of heaven on earth.
We purchased our **** Walk In Tub in 2018 because of my bad back and bilateral knee replacements. At the time of the installation I was not provided a device that would enable me to use the shower head because the water would leak under the tub.Recently I spoke with *****, at the **************************** and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He solved my problem in a minute.I would like to compliment him sincerely. Now I love my walk in tub even more. Thank you ***** for your service.
It was over a year from purchase to install as we were building and wanted to get tub in room while we could easily do so. Had one small issue that customer service resolved with a quick procedure. Had no issues or questions why waited a year to install as I was a bit concerned, but all was great.
Oskars spent time with me on the phone helping me select the right model. I have had the tub for over 5 years. It is well built and I havent had a moments problem with it. Each time Ive had a question, Oskars or whoever answers the phone is helpful and thorough. This a great company with a great product and great people you can rely on.
I'm very impressed with the high standards of the tub's construction and to the attention to crating prior to shipping. The sales **** ***** was very helpful as was *****, the technician who provided a live viewing of my tub during in-house testing prior to shipping. ***** also provided a video to help me reattach the front acrylic tub apron prior to my ******'s surprising how much force the hydro jets can provide. The tub is phenomenal! Everything works as described, excellent quality! The installer did find a hose missing during installation. But, when I called customer service, I was connected with someone who knew the tub well and quickly identified the hose we needed. They shipped the part out overnight and we received it the following morning. They even provided pictures and instructions on how to install the hose. Everything went great and the tub was working the next afternoon. Great *****************

The entire staff at ****** was very professional and extremely helpful in helping us with selecting the desired walk-in tub model. They also gladly provided very helpful answers and advice to questions whenever I called for assistance throughout the installation process.
