I purchased and installed my tub in February 2023. I really enjoy the foot massage option and the heated seat. My only problem was the vacuum hoses on three of the options came off the push buttons. I think it was a design flaw. Thank goodness my installer could reach behind the tub and reattached them. If they come off again, I was advised to put a little glue on them. Fantastic company. Everyone from the first contact to the contracted delivery driver was very friendly and easy to deal with. I am not completely done with the remodeling, but this tub is great! Very hight quality tub. Bought for my mother in law. Easy for her to get in and out. Love the air and water jets. Highly recommend for anyone with an elderly family member.
This is a great looking tub with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Fills and empties fast. Install was fast and well done. Wife is very happy with the comfort.
