I did a lot of research before purchasing a walk in tub. It paid off! The Ella tub is everything they advertise. The tub is beautiful, substantial, and easy to install and use. I purchased this tub through a large chain lumber supply company. First I had 3 different companies come to my home and make presentations. The cheapest estimate was $23,000.00. I paid under $6,000 for the Ellla tub a local reputable contractor did the complete installation for $1,100.00. I saved about $16,000.00 and could not be happier!
The tub has kept my mom in her home after falling and breaking both hips. They have taken care of warranty work even though my installer didn't file any paperwork on it. They sent the part for free and talked me through installing it. Other than the temp control failing, the tubs been trouble free.
This tub has been fantastic. It fills reasonably fast. It's dual drains work well as long as your original drain opening is as large as the capacity both drains put out. If not, you will need to redirect your drain to your nearest larger drain or come up with a drainage alternative for one of the drains. The tub drains in less than a minute.
I recently bought the Ella's Lounger walk-in tub. It is really exceptionally well made. It is really a great experience to enjoy. I would recommend Ella's to anyone looking for a well made walk-in tub.

Wife was having trouble getting out of a traditional bath tub. We have had our Ella’sBubble walk in tub for about 1 year now and my wife loves how easy it is to get in and out of, we have both air and water jets with heated seat , this helps her relax after a long days work. If I had it to do all over again I would still buy an Ella’s Bubbles tub
