What a refreshing experience working with staff at Ella's Bubbles has been. I had to order some replacement headrests for my new tub as the construction workers damaged the original pair. The staff made it super easy and getting the warranty paperwork dealt with under our unusual circumstances was handled well. The tub is even better than I had hoped, everything is working as promised and it looks beautiful to boot. I highly recommend looking to Ella's Bubbles for your walk-in tub, I will gladly return for future needs!
My tub cracked because of an improperly hand grip. Contacted Sergio *******, he sent the correct parts and had a service tect fix the cracks! Nice to know they honor their warranty!
I want everyone to know about Ella's walk in tub. They make an excellent produce and they stand behind what they make. I know many seniors who have walk in tubs which they never use. So when my wife and I needed a walk in tub we took our time checking them out. We chose Ella's because it was the only one that had TWO drains. I purchased my Ella's Bubbles tub about 1 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with it. I did have a minor problem with one or more of the functions not working and had to call the man that installed it to come fix it. We bought a Ella's Bubbles Deluxe walk in tub dad loves it. After having it two years the plastic and silicone door latch broke, so we called customer service and explained what we needed and the friendly associate took our info and said they would send one out right away. Two days later the part showed up and I put it on and it is good as new. Great service and great product.
