I have had my Ella's walk in tub for two years, and use it every single night. I find it to be very relaxing and fosters an excellent nights sleep. It is one or my best investments, and Ella's Bubbles has been an excellent company to do business with.

Hi Everyone, I have never really written a review like this before. I guess I am what's known as hard to please. I believe most people, and most companies tend to do just enough to get by - not go the extra mile. I am sure you all have dealt with those companies. I bought an Ella tub last summer and the heater in the tub was not working, so I contacted this company. The problem was corrected by them sending a replacement heater. Thank you! Gary ** *******

What a refreshing experience working with staff at Ella's Bubbles has been. I had to order some replacement headrests for my new tub as the construction workers damaged the original pair. The staff made it super easy and getting the warranty paperwork dealt with under our unusual circumstances was handled well. The tub is even better than I had hoped, everything is working as promised and it looks beautiful to boot. I highly recommend looking to Ella's Bubbles for your walk-in tub, I will gladly return for future needs!

My tub cracked because of an improperly hand grip. Contacted Sergio *******, he sent the correct parts and had a service tect fix the cracks! Nice to know they honor their warranty!

I want everyone to know about Ella's walk in tub. They make an excellent produce and they stand behind what they make. I know many seniors who have walk in tubs which they never use. So when my wife and I needed a walk in tub we took our time checking them out. We chose Ella's because it was the only one that had TWO drains. Some single drain walk in tubs take 20 minutes to drain before you can open the door to get out. That is a long time in a half filled tub on a cold winter night. Our tub drains in less than a minute. My parents bought a walk-in bathtub from ****** over a year ago. and I was tasked with the repair of the door latch. I contacted Ella's Bubbles and the response from customer services has been great. The company and employees have been prompt and courteous, and they answered my questions and made me feel like valued customer. Thank you! Sergio, for the help with warrantied part replacement.

I purchased my Ella's Bubbles tub about 1 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with it. I did have a minor problem with one or more of the functions not working and had to call the man that installed it to come fix it. I couldn't get hold of my repair man and emailed the company to see if there was an installer in my area. Sergio called me as soon as he saw the email and said he would try to find someone.
