I purchased my Ella's Bubbles tub about 1 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with it. I did have a minor problem with one or more of the functions not working and had to call the man that installed it to come fix it. We bought a Ella's Bubbles Deluxe walk in tub dad loves it. After having it two years the plastic and silicone door latch broke, so we called customer service and explained what we needed and the friendly associate took our info and said they would send one out right away. Two days later the part showed up and I put it on and it is good as new. Great service and great product.

I work with a bathroom remodel company. We have installed quite a few of Ella's walk-in tubs. Recently I had a customer inform me that a particular part on the tub was loosing it's finish. I contacted the company, and to make a long story short, I had a replacement part in my hands in 2 days. The customer service is fantastic. I'm currently in a similar situation with a competitor and have been trying to get a part for 3 weeks. Ella's Bubbles is far superior.
