We bought a Ella's Bubbles Deluxe walk in tub dad loves it. After having it two years the plastic and silicone door latch broke, so we called customer service and explained what we needed and the friendly associate took our info and said they would send one out right away. Two days later the part showed up and I put it on and it is good as new. Great service and great product.
I purchase a tub at home depot and my husband needed installation assistance so we call Ella's bubbles technical department and the boys answer the call right away. Now my tub is up and running and I love it!!! Thank you Ella's bubbles.

I work with a bathroom remodel company. We have installed quite a few of Ella's walk-in tubs. Recently I had a customer inform me that a particular part on the tub was loosing it's finish. I contacted the company, and to make a long story short, I had a replacement part in my hands in 2 days. The customer service is fantastic. I'm currently in a similar situation with a competitor and have been trying to get a part for 3 weeks. Ella's Bubbles is far superior.
I was so excited to find Ella Bubble's products on the internet. I was in the process of converting a half bath to a full bath on the first floor so my mother-in-law (who is frail and lives with us) could bathe on the first floor and was searching for the right shower/bath solution. We had our tub installed by a qualified tech and use it daily and love it, love it, love it!
We have had our Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tub for over 2 years and have been completely satisified. About a week ago the handheld shower head began to leak and I called the company and spoke with Sergio who was extremely helpful. On Wed Oct 26 he said that he would send a replacement part which was covered by the warranty and that I should receive it on Fri Oct 28. It arrived on time and was exactly what was needed to solve problem. I highly recommend their products, their service and the the accompanying warranty.
