We had our tub installed by a qualified tech and use it daily and love it, love it, love it!
We have had our Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tub for over 2 years and have been completely satisified. About a week ago the handheld shower head began to leak and I called the company and spoke with Sergio who was extremely helpful. On Wed Oct 26 he said that he would send a replacement part which was covered by the warranty and that I should receive it on Fri Oct 28. It arrived on time and was exactly what was needed to solve problem. I highly recommend their products, their service and the the accompanying warranty.
I was looking to purchase a high quality walk in tub and called Ellas Bubbles. The customer service rep helped me find an experienced installer in the area of New Jersey. I had the Ultimate tub installed and am happy with the quality of the unit.
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. I work at ***** and ordered a tub from this company for a customer whose wife is ill and needed a very specific tub type. First, the delivery was delayed for a MONTH due to "extra testing" that would ensure the tub functioned correctly. This delayed the project for an additional 3 months due to the contractor no longer having space in his schedule for this 3 DAY PROJECT.
