With so much negativity being shared about this clinic, I felt compelled to share the excellent experience I had today. The clinic was clearly signposted, the staff friendly and welcoming and very reassuring. Regarding the issue that people have been experiencing with the phone line, it’s better to contact the relevant service Hywel Dda number.
