Best nails salon on Ruislip high street! All the staff are super talented and kind and courteous. They always listen to what design/colours you ask for. Ben and Kelly, exceptionally talented and patient!!

Shocking disservice. I had an appointment booked and after waiting an hour they allowed other customers to go ahead of me. No communication about the delay or any apologies. I had been coming here for years and I’m disgusted at the treatment I experienced today.

I’ve been coming to Elite Nails in Ruislip since they first opened, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The salon is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a really relaxing vibe—whether I’m in for a quick manicure or a full set, I always leave feeling pampered. had my nails done here this morning and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The nail technician was incredibly rude from the moment I sat down. He got visibly annoyed when I was simply trying to choose my colour and explain the shape I wanted. I clearly asked for oval nails, but he gave me almond instead, completely ignoring my request.To make matters worse, I paid £75 for this service, and it was definitely not worth it. I had my nails and pedicure done, lovely atmosphere, definatetly not rushed one little bit, it was a very relaxing experience. Nail design was done to exactly as I asked. Great nail bar
