Definitely a 5* What an absolute joy of a gym, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady, who was very friendly, helpful and informative (wish I got her name as she deserves recognition), glad to have become part of this amazing gym. the atmosphere, the facilities, the cleanliness is top class, so far so good looking forward to some amazing sessions.

This gym has far exceeded our expectations when we joined 6/7 years ago (maybe longer) the attention to detail that has gone into creating such a gym hasn’t gone unnoticed, the investment gone in to the place is clear to see, Chris always out doing himself with his new equipment, this gym isn’t a cash cow to find as many members as possible to make money, this gym is a home from home for the majority of its members, this place has been an escape for people struggling with life, the staff knowing who you are and welcoming you... read more

On arrival was met very nicely in reception asked if I have ever been to the gym, which I replied, no popped a few details in the iPad then was told where everything was happy days! Now the best part the gym was completely packed out with amazing kit loads of room I would say one of the best gyms I’ve Eva been to. Definitely will be going again when I’m this way. Thanks John
