My family and I recently moved to Elgin and were looking for a local dentist. I set up appointments for myself and my yougest son and was greated by the friendliest smile...Crystal. She was so nice it was pleasant to see. Next both me and my son went to see Laurie for out cleanings and she was the frienliest ever, very informative and attentive, gently and thorough. The staff was all very friendly, and the office was immaculate and modern. My favorite part is the huge windows that clients can look out of in the dentist chair! They had beautiful landscaping and bird feeders, and it was very calming (especially for someone like me who is nervous at the dentist!)
Elgin Family Dental is a very friendly place to go when you are SCARED of the dentist. Everyone was very nice and the dentist was very concerned and gentle. I would recommend Elgin Family Dental to anyone!
Dr. Herring is very good at what he does. I was very pleased with the fillings he replaced. Going back to have more work done. Office staff is also very nice and personable. My children and I have been seeing him for nearly 6 years we have never had any problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
If you enjoy a nice, peaceful, and relaxing setting, this is your dentist. The waiting room is spacious, clean and well equipped with magazines and a tv. Back rooms are facing a beautiful garden with bird baths, feeders, and plants. Restroom is clean and pleasant smelling. Staff is great too. Receptionists are friendly and technicians always greet you with a smile. There are two dentists, the father and son.
