I am a BIG CHICKEN when it comes to the dentist. I had a very bad tooth that had to be pulled and just hearing that freaked me out. The dental hygenist, unfortunately i can't remember her name, was awesome. She showed me compassion and helped to calm me down. She let me babble without judging me. LOL! After my previous dentist retired, I was searching for a dentist that was personable and friendly. (lets face it, visiting the dentist is like the scene in Finding Nemo). But this office is fantastic. So friendly and kind, they listen to you and make the whole experience great. I actually LIKE getting my teeth cleaned now, which is crazy, I know.
This Doctor is great-After having a few traumatic dental experiences with others in my past...This fellow is by contrast gentile and stays calm and even tempered with the worst of us cowards.
Another good experience. After removing the original filling, my mouth wasn't x-rayed like before, which was confusing, but the shot's didn't hurt this time! So a big plus there!
I've been a patient for 7 years and I've always been treated as if my problem was important, and they have never not seen me when I call with a problem. They have always worked with me to fix the problem and helped me with solutions I could afford. I have sent anyone who has asked me and could not imagine anyone else as my dentist.
THIS WAS A GOOD THING. MAY THE HAND OF GOD STAY ON THIS PLACE. ALL IS WELL. THANK YOU.
I had a great experience having a cavity redone. Doc was very gentle, and xrays were taken to make sure all was good afterward. That's double checking your own work - never heard of that in the world of dentistry. :-)But if I didn't have a 15 minute wait at the first of the day, an extra 1/2 star would have been given. That said, 5 stars are never given by me since there is always room for improvement.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Super staff and a wonderful dentist. His beautiful wife was working the front and greeted me with a lovely smile. I just love everyone there....feels like home. I always dread the dentist...who doesn't...but all the sweet and friendly people there and Dr. Herrings conversation make it all a lot less painful. LOL!
You all make me feel very comfortable. And that is not easy to do.
