All office staff were wonderful. X-Ray lady did an awesome job and was patient with me. Dr. Herring was very personable and thorough in his examination.
This was my second time going to see Dr. Herring and his staff. The dental assistant was very calming towards my five ear old son that typically screams and cries at the dentist due to an extremely traumatic experience. Because of the friendly people that my son encountered he only wants to go to that dentist from now on. I highly recommend Dr Herring and his staff to everyone.

As always my appointment was handled very well. I was wondering about all the confirmation notices (email, voice mail and post cards)it seems a little much. what happened to the reminder, why all the notices?keep up the good work.
My experience was very pleasant, considering the reason I was there. My tech was very polite and good. She came right out and greeted me quite quickly. Which is always a plus as a patient. She was always concerned about my comfort level. Throughout the process she gave me helpful information for continued good oral health care at home. The process was really professional and detailed. She did an excellent job and I look forward to continued oral health care with this family dental center.
Having gone to my previous dental office for over 30 years, I was concerned about changing dentists. Dr. Carl Herring spent time going over my concerns, adjusting the bite on my one tooth that was an issue, and coming up with a plan.
Excellent treatment! Dr. Carl Herring is extremely empathetic and caring. He takes as much time as needed to try to find answers. That's why my husband and I have gone to him for dental care for over 30 years!
