Overall, and as compared to our previous dentist experiences, we had a very positive experience with your office, and plan to return. You do well to help people feel like individuals rather than numbers, and are good at communicating, both electronically and in person what is needed and what to expect. The office was very calm and the dentist and hygienist were accessible and easy to talk to.Thank you for making my kids' dentist experiences very positive.
Went in for a routine cleaning, and had yet another wonderful experience! This office impresses me every single time I visit-they are consistently friendly, kind, professional, and timely from the moment you walk in the door. I look forward to my next visit!
Dr. Scott was very caring, gentle and non-judgmental! He never once made me feel self-conscience even though my teeth are in pretty poor condition! He was AMAZING at giving shots! I never felt any pain at all, during or after the extraction of my tooth! I didn't even have pain when the numbing wore off!!The price was VERY fair and I was not pressured/shamed into more expensive dental procedures which were not right for my situation! Experience was refreshingly personal, personable, friendly, comforting and very professional.For one who is SCARED of dental offices i had a very positive experience.
I had to have a temporary crown put in. They managed to get me in early (several days before my scheduled date). The staff on my visits has been very friendly. The procedure to get the crown went very well. I've been nothing but very pleased with this practice. I highly recommend them, especially if you're as scared to visit the dentist as I am!
