I would certainly refer Elgin Family Dental to all my social network.Great Customer Service, Dental Hygienist was Wonderful and the Dr was certainly very caring, not judgmental, great eye contact and very understanding to my situation and willing to work with me as far as short notice of my benefit maximum allowed due at the end of this month.. overall Outstanding and great patient care !!

Excellent first visit. After neglecting dental visits for a few years, I needed some extra attention and guidance. The dental hygienist and dentist gave me a thorough cleaning and evaluation, and they explained things every step of the way.
Amazing staff, awesome dentist, beautiful office, EXCEPTIONAL WORK, at a very fair price! I really want a bumper sticker that says, 'I LOVE ELGIN FAMILY DENTAL!'.

It was great however instead of asking me what I wanted/ or allowing me to make the cheaper decision, it was pretty much done. I realized when I was paying the I was paying for the more expensive option....
For the first time in my life, I love going to the dentist! These folks have really got it all figured out! They treat people VERY well, and at a VERY fair price! They truly care about people! I was shocked when dr Scott Herring wanted to try "filling" a large, painful cavity when another dentist told me I'd need a rootcanal and a crown! He advised there was a chance that it may be too deep and he would need to do a RC anyway, but he wanted to try to fix it in the least invasive way possible! WOOOOW!
