Best salon I have ever been to - I travel all the way from Glasgow to here because I will never go anywhere else ! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the girls are absolutely lovely and Sintija is an absolutely incredible stylist! So talented and she always does an amazing job, I always leave with my hair exactly how I pictured it ❤️
I had the worst salon experience at Eleven Eleven. I went to this salon for the first time recently and I realized when I got home that my hair was cut completely wrong by a beginner hairstylist with no experience. I told her to thin my thick hair and instead she thinned it too much, left gaps in my hair and fringed it from the roots down to the tips with the thinning scissors, which is so wrong!!! It completely destroyed my hair, it looks horrible now, I can hardly arrange it and cannot be repaired by any hairstylist until ... read more
