I initially approached Elevations in early summer 2024 for a second opinion on boiler malfunction at one of my rental properties in N20, as my tenants complained about the water being boiling hot during the summer heatwave and threatened with legal action. I was abroad at the time, and my regular boiler engineer was away, too. I hired Elevations for a flat renovation, with an agreed upon completion time of 3-4 months. The project ultimately took nearly twice as long and was plagued with issues. The company caused two leaks into downstairs properties and failed to follow certain aspects of the contract. There were significant overcharges to the initial quote, which were never agreed upon and were only communicated at the final bill stage. I employed Elevations to supply and install two long structural steel plates to support two failing stud walls in my home. This outfit is extremely competent and trustworthy.
