An excellent experience, Callum has helped me a lot get back on my feet after my knee surgeries. He knows what he is doing, very clear easy to follow plans, proper assessment, very patient and always reachable. Highly recommend.
Callum offered some general exercise advice due to a few back problems I was having. I implemented these into my training and this has relieved the pain and helped keep me in the gym progressing my competitive training. A very knowledgeable PT, you can clearly see this with the clients he works with.
