Ryan is a great personal trainer. Extremely knowledgeable and will push you to your absolute limit, also a great guy to talk to in general, particularly as I was struggling with mental health. You won't regret having Ryan as your PT.
Ryan does an amazing job. In addition to being a great torturer - sorry I mean PT, he also makes a great therapist! He also trains my husband who comes home looking shattered every time. Excellent value and a really nice bloke.
Have been working with Ryan now for almost 6 months now and results are definitely showing. Losing 18kg, and being from not being able to get up without support to getting up instantly. Great fun to work with, and will always dive deep into your goals and sets out clear roadmap to attain it. One of the best to work with to achieve any fitness goal. Thanks Ryan 💪💪
Ryan is a great coach who can tailor a plan suited to your needs and has the ability to motivate you to achieve your goals. He is quite patient in his approach and workouts with him are definitely fun. The conversations and banter keeps things interesting and fun! Highly recommended!
